Returns/Exchange Policy

Shipping Questions

  • If you have shipping questions, please contact the carrier. Once a package leaves DFR, we have no control over shipping speeds and/or scans. We have the same visibility as you. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and have tracking and insurance on the packages.

“Spilt” Rhinestones

  • DFR inspects all product prior to packaging your orders. Occasionally, you may receive your order and find that a product has opened during transit inside the bubble mailer or box. Unfortunately we have no control over this as it is usually a direct result of how a shipping company has handled the package during transit. We understand the inconvenience but the product arriving is still the quantity purchased. Should the outside of the package appear damaged, we highly suggest taking pictures and submitting a damage claim with the shipping carrier.

Restock Questions

  • If you have questions about an item restock, please utilize the “e-mail me” option for the item you are interested in. DFR restocks product daily and at any given moment has tens of thousands of items on order. We simply have no way of knowing when exactly a particular item will arrive.

Custom Mix Questions

  • We do not reply to emails requesting disclosure of colors in custom mixes. These are proprietary blends and colors and ratios will not be shared.
